Quotations

All prices are provided on request and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Quotations are based on the specifications, quantities and delivery location shared at the time of enquiry.

Orders & payment

• Orders are confirmed on receipt of a signed purchase order and the agreed advance payment.
• Balance payment terms are as stated on the proforma invoice.

Custom & bespoke products

Made-to-order items are produced to approved drawings and samples. Changes after sample approval may affect price and lead time. Custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Natural materials

Wood, cane, marble and leather are natural materials; variations in grain, tone and texture are characteristic and not defects.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates agreed at order confirmation. We coordinate pan-India logistics; site readiness and access are the client’s responsibility.

Warranty

Commercial-grade products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the invoice. Normal wear, misuse and improper cleaning are excluded.
